Like many of our clients, Eilish and Kevin from Willesden got in touch with Summit Cladding after seeing us working on a neighbour’s house. And they had a problem they hoped we could solve for them. Our client, David, invited us to quote for work at his house in St Albans, where he wanted all the old wooden bargeboards and fascia boards removed and replaced with a maintenance-free alternative. When in doubt, call the professionals – especially when you can’t persuade the family to help! That’s what our client, Amaryllis, did when she wanted a makeover at her north London home. Amaryllis and her family have been in their home for about ten years and had previously had work done by a loft conversion company. If you are lucky enough to live in an art deco house you will know how important it is to maintain and protect the period features. I was amazed and delighted, therefore, to come across not one house, but a whole cul-de-sac full of art deco houses, all with their original windows intact. Here at Summit Cladding we pride ourselves on respecting the wishes of our clients. So, when Nik and Maria, from Enfield, asked us to carry out a makeover on their property, there was one important condition attached: no trampling on the garden! Nik and Maria have lived in their house in a quiet cul-de-sac for over 30 years and are very proud of their property. When our client, Mr Patel, first set eyes on his prospective new home he knew this was to be the one and he fell in love with it immediately.
